AMK Publications LLC is a small team, so messages are answered by the people who make the books rather than by a support desk. We aim to reply within two business days.
Before you write
A few things are quicker to solve than they look, so it is worth checking these first.
- Cannot see the video lessons? The lessons are only visible when you are signed in to the account created with your purchase. Log in and try the lesson link again.
- Lost your download? The download link stays active for a year from purchase. If you are inside that year and cannot find it, tell us the email address you ordered with and we will re-send it.
- Not sure what you bought? Each book includes the PDF to keep plus a year of video access. The books page sets out exactly what is in each volume.
- Renewal questions? Nothing renews automatically. You are only charged again if you choose to extend your video access.
What to include
If you are writing about an order, the email address you used at checkout is the single most useful thing you can give us — it is how we find the purchase. For a problem with a specific stitch or lesson, the stitch name helps us get straight to it.
